How far in advance should we contact you about an event?
As soon as the date is set. Early communication gives us time to evaluate the location and prepare the parking plan, and we accommodate shorter notice as well.

Regularly. Event planners are a significant part of our clientele, and we coordinate with the event planner, the caterer, and the venue so everyone involved is clear on the parking operation.

Can you work a difficult location — narrow streets, hillsides, little or no parking?
Yes. Difficult locations are part of the work. We evaluate the site before the date and plan for it — including shuttles where the location calls for them.
